Dr. Yim participated as the keynote speaker at the SETU Seminar held on October 23 at the College of Education. She presented how language development research can go beyond the classroom to support the local community and emphasized the need for evidence-based information on bilingual children to address misunderstandings in clinical practice. She also highlighted that research gains true value when it changes the lives of children and families.
